Constructive. Collaborative. Conciliatory. Settling Family Law cases outside court.
Need a cost effective and collaborative method of resolving a Family Law dispute? Family Law mediation is a collaborative negotiation in which a third party, known as a mediator, facilitates parties to a Family Law dispute to reach a mutually suitable conclusion to what divides them.

Trained by the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM), Matthew successfully mediates Property as well and Children and Parenting disagreements. Reach out to see how he can help.

Matthew understands that for many people mid-week Mediation is impractical, whether that be because they can't afford to step away from their business or job, or because of challenges with child care. Matthew can facilitation mediations at weekends where parties prefer to mediate outside the working week.
